Easily convert T8 or T12 4' fixtures with LED strip retrofit kits. Purchase two for 8' lamp retrofits. These kits replace the cover plate of existing fixtures and include an LED pre-wired driver. Just pop off the old ballast cover plate, disconnect the old ballast and connect the new LED driver. Screw in the new plate with 4 included screws and you are ready to go.
